    I was feeling rather good this morning so I weighed myself. I have been trying to break a weight barrier since I had my knee operation in August 2009. After trying so many diets and exercise programs I now feel like this fitness program is going to work for me. Thanks again

    In the time that I've been following Lesley's meal plan I have noticed a big increase in my energy and strength levels.     I just want to thank you for helping me take the first step to feeling better! Your website is so helpful, from the workout plans, meal suggestions (& recipes), video demonstrations of all exercises, and the phone calls of support and encouragement! You are an amazing mentor and your book is straight forward and easy to follow.     I wanted to say a HUGE thank you for this wonderful kick start and the amazing support and encouragement you have given me ... I have spent so much on trainers previously and never have I received such ongoing encouragement and assistance that was outside the training session! I didn't think it was possible to train at home and feel like I had done something but it was an eye opener to see just what could be done in even 20 minutes.. The meal plans were really nice and basic and not overwhelming and in the first week, the difference was amazing. I am definitely no gourmet cook so it was nice to learn some basics. You are such an inspiration Lesley, especially for those of us in this age bracket that think we cant feel and look good- or at least better, you give us hope and something to aspire to. I so much prefer to train under the guidance of someone who has walked this path and has the life experience to be compassionate yet gently encouraging.

    I am a 48yo fitness trainer from WA and when I found out Lesley had started her own online training & website I just knew I had to have her train me. I have been training with Lesley for approximately 9 weeks now and loving the split program she has written for me. I get to speak with Lesley once a week (more if I need) and look forward to our phone call. I know I am not Lesley's typical client, but I knew she could help me with symmetry in my body. Even trainers need trainers, so they too can go the extra mile and it helps immensely to be accountable to some one. Why did I choose Lesley? She looks fantastic for her 56 years & she understands the female body (with all our hormones, emotions, etc) and how we usually have lots to juggle (family, partner, work, keeping a home, etc) I tell my own clients to look for a trainer that practices what they preach

    "I love the programme, I find it easy to follow and it is a bit more challenging from what I have been doing but I like that,  I like your menu as well, it's easy and has simple recipes.

    I just thought I would touch base with you after my first week and let you know how things went for me. Well I am very happy I have lost 2kg (although I know that weight is really no indication) already and my body fat has come down!

    I have been noticing my clothes are fitting heaps better & I feel so energised 24/7. I'm also sleeping really well & just in general feel wonderful! As I've had to work I had just stick to the "One Carb at a Time" plan & now eat to nourish my body rather than be "skinny". I've come such a long way in 6 weeks & I'm so thankful to you & your wonderful program!
