It’s Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar and I use it on my salad every day. Here is my salad dressing recipe:- Bragg apple cider vinegar, squeeze of lemon juice and a good dash of cold pressed flaxseed oil or olive oil. Occasionally I add mustard or dried herbs.

Be adventurous and add your own touch. I must admit sometimes I just pour it straight out of the bottle onto my salad and add a good splash of cold pressed oil.
